Companies are often harmed by their own employees. As a rule, it takes some time before you suspect one or more employees of behaving in a manner that is not contractually compliant. The most common offences are false sick notes, incorrect time-sheet or expense claims, and smaller thefts to your detriment or to the detriment of other employees.
